    USB ports not working

    So none of my USB ports are working. I had a weird problem where the drivers kept reinstalling themselves every 2 seconds, so i disabled and uninstalled them. Then I downloaded the drivers from MSI, reinstalled them and they still dont work. THen randomly I get a notice saying "USB not recognized". any help would be appreciated. thanks

    Did you use driver cleaning tool or you just uninstall them using Windows tool?
    If you have had used some special program for driver cleaning then the problem might me with Windows in general and you might to reinstall it. I don't belief that your controller is gone bad.

    I didnt use a driver cleaner because the driver cleaner wont even detect the USB drivers. Ill try and reinstall the drivers again, I just need them to work so that i can back up my pc and reformat.
