    Hello cuneyt1984,

Have you tried updating to the latest Killer Control Center from our website, or from somewhere else?

We suggest you download the latest Killer Control Center, found here - http://www.killernetworking.com/driver-downloads/item/killer-control-center-x64

Keep in mind that the Killer Control Center contains our latest drivers, and supersedes the Killer Network Manager that you might find pre-installed on your machine from the manufacturer.

Once you have the latest Killer Control Center handy, please follow these steps:

Note: It is important to be aware that, when troubleshooting, you should always shut down your computer by clicking the Start button in the lower left-hand corner, clicking the Power symbol, and clicking Shut Down. You should always reset or reboot your computer by doing the same, but clicking Restart, instead. The power button on most laptops, and some desktops, is not configured to shut the machine down, but rather to sleep the machine. Sleeping the machine does not accomplish the same thing as shutting it down or restarting it.

    • Uninstall any Killer Performance Suite and Killer Drivers entries in your Apps & Features menu
    • Restart your machine
    • Run the installer package that you just downloaded
    • Restart your machine once more
You should now have the latest drivers, and the latest Performance Suite installed. Please let us know if this solves your issue. If it does not, please reach out to us directly here - http://www.killernetworking.com/about/contact - so that we can continue to work on solving your issue.

Hello. Thanks for the information you give. I understand that my problem is related to Trust GXT 130 Mouse. When I use the notebook with this mouse, the wifi signal breaks and decreases. While downloading a file from the Internet, the wifi signal is low while the mouse is connected to the notebook, and the connection breaks. The wifi signal is normal when I remove the mouse receiver from the notebook.
    What could be the solution?

Try moving the the USB radio portion of the mouse, the part the plugs into the laptop, to a different port, preferably on the other side of the laptop.

Hi, I found the solution. I accessed the channel settings through the modem/router interface. I chose the channel number 8 or 9. All other channels failed.

Also, the most compatible channel for my modem is number 8.

I'm glad you found a solution that works for you! I imagine you must have a fairly congested Wi-Fi landscape, and there are other 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi radios that are interfering with both your Wi-Fi and your Bluetooth, and those channels happen to be the channels that contribute to that interference the least. If your sideband or side-control setting is not set to 20 MHz, you should also change that, as the tighter the sideband, the more powerful the signal strength, when dealing with Wi-Fi congestion. If the router sideband or side channel wasn't already set to 20 MHz, once you make that change, I would suggest trying channels 1, 6, and 11, as they receive the least interference from other non-interference channels.

Hi I noticed an interesting situation. When I move the mouse, the WiFi signal is weakening. However, when I stop using the mouse, the modem signal is normal.

Considering we know that you are dealing with a 2.4 GHz interference issue, that's not surprising, unfortunately. There is something else (or a number of other things) causing your 2.4 GHz availability to be next to nothing, and your mouse is using what little bandwidth is available to your Wi-Fi connection. I did put together a comprehensive list of things that can cause conflicts on the 2.4 GHz band - https://www.killernetworking.com/driver-downloads/kb/faq/73-bluetooth-issues. You might want to take a look at that list article and see if anything jumps out at you.
