Well...I just got a chance to lay eyes (and hands) on an on-display MSI GT73 VR Titan Pro today at a local Fry's Electronics. It wasn't as heavy as I expected, but the footprint was bigger than I envisioned. That said, I have been looking for tactical-style backpacks that will fit the beast, and frankly...so far only the 5.11 Tactical Rush 72 and **possibly** the GoRuck GR2 40L seem to come close to fitting the bill, size-wise. The yoke-style shoulder straps are nice on the 72...but I'm still not sold on it.

Bottom line: I am not a fan of gaming laptop packs...so I'm avoiding those. The Everki wouldn't be so bad...if it didn't have an ugly international distress orange interior. Also have looked at the Slappa line...The jury is still out on this topic. Anyone using a tactical backpack with the GT73?

Sorry Duke...missed your earlier post. I am AMAZED that someone has not yet done a decent tactical-style bag for this thing. Most of the choices out there are hideous. I'll agree...the Everki Titan looks more practical than many...

I will tell you that the Everiki is extremely well built, and they have amazing support, I had an interior pocket rip on mine and response was second to none, I had a replacement bag with no issues and they gave me several options on how to go about the process. I'm also concerned about appearances, I carry this backpack everywhere I go as an airline pilot and the crazy design of some of the backpacks would just look wierd, not so with the Everiki. I would like to hear what you end up getting and what you think.
