Hello there,
Just read through some more articles from google about the TRIM function is not work in most SSD RAID system run by external RAID controller, is it the same in MSI GT60/GT70 superRAID controller as well??
Does this harmful to the lifespan and performance of the SSDs without TRIM, or some more magic will done behind??
Thank you!

As stated in your duplicate post, the super raid is simply attached to the two SATA III ports on the intel controller.

So that's mean they are controlled by Intel chipset and that will receive TRIM command, right?

Install iRST
intel drivers pour Raid/Sata/Ata/Ahci
Use trimcheck v4 to check if trim is working
Index of /trimcheck
If you get a non-working TRIM message it would be best to reboot the computer, let all startup programs load, then run it again when disk activity has calmed down.
Opening a command prompt with admin privileges and running the fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify command
If the result is '0' then TRIM is enabled/supported in the OS but this does not tell you that trim is actually working. -

Yes it is supported, those ports are electrically identical to the two SATA ports you find on laptops with them connected to 2.5" bays.
