    Hey guys,
So I have an MSI GE70 2PE Apache Pro. The issue is that the left shift key is sticky and keeps getting stuck down and it's driving me absolutely insane . I'm not sure how to safely remove the key to clean it, or if that even is an option? It has the backlit keyboard and I'm worried about damaging a clip, or something permanently. Does anyone know how I can safely pull off the keyboard key?

    Any help is greatly appreciated
    Thank you so much,
    Marcel

Don't remove it, let MSI do it for you.
Please note that a broken key cap clip isn't covered under warranty so don't remove the key cap by yourself.

Thanks guys that's basically what I needed to hear. I'll leave the key on because I don't want to risk breaking it. I'm not actually sure what the cause is, but how long does RMA usually take? I'm living in Ireland currently for school, but purchased the laptop back home in Vancouver, Canada. I need it for school and I'm not sure the 3.5 weeks I'm home for Christmas will be sufficient time to have it RMA's and returned back to me?

    Thanks again,
    Marcel

For US/Canada, it's usually about 2 to 3 weeks, not sure about Ireland.
You may have to call the local office to find out.
