I know it's a long thread, but the gt780dxr has some discussions about it. The very first page in the thread has updated links to drivers. If drivers don't fix it, then you may have to do an RMA at worst case.

The keyboard problem with the GT780 series of notebooks is that the factory where they are assembled was too cheap with the double sided tape under the keyboard.

The tape used by MSI is of poor quality.

Surrounding the keyboard is a U shaped plastic piece that the keyboard attaches to in places. This piece in some notebooks is not holding the keyboard down securely enough.

The stickiness of the tape under the keyboard is not sticky enough. There's also not enough tape used.

The keyboard problem can be fixed in most cases by putting more double sided tape with better stickiness under the keyboard as they're now doing in MSI service centers.

Not sure why someone would bend their keyboard....except for a folding keyboard. But it doesn't get bent at all if you remove it from the GT780 series. It's held in by 4 screws at the top, and just slides back n out!
