I noticed some damage to one of my keyboards, the PCB on the back seems to be coming off of the plastic which holds the keys. I've taken some pictures as best I could. You can see strands of glue stretching between the two boards. I'm wondering if anyone has any idea what kind of glue that is and if it would be feasible to glue it back on myself, thank you.

It's some kind of adhesive glue and it's not really permanent.
You probably can resolve it by using a thin double-faced tape.
