A couple of my MSI GS60 ghost's keys are sticking.

Are these Steelseries keyboards made with detachable keys? ie: Can I pull off the enter key, clean it, and push it back on like with some other keyboards?

You can, but you can also claim warranty with MSI (which is recommended).

It is a proprietary keyboard therefore it's best to have MSI replacing it.
Tempering with the keys can be time consuming and troublesome.

Thanks, can anyone confirm? The keys on the MSI GS60 / steel series keyboard are easily removable?

It's the typical design with membrane keyboard. There's a clip holding a bracket so please exercise caution as the clip can be broken off if not careful.

    Thanks for the confirmation Kevin.

Regarding the warranty: is minor cleaning like this really covered? ie: A second problem I have is the grill that runs above my keyboard on the GS60 has a lot of dust/dirt clogging the pin-size tiny holes. They would fix this for me? Anyone used MSI's warranty service before? How long do they usually take, I'm guessing 6 weeks or more? Not sure I can live without my laptop that long!

Normally, you can get rid of these dust/dirt using compressed air. MSI also does the same thing on their end.
However, if the keyboard's keys are already damaged then they may/may not cover replacement under warranty since the entire C panel and keyboard will need to be replaced.

Can someone explain how exactly to take off the keys? I'm buying a gs60 2QE from Belgium because for some reason its way cheaper but my only problem with it is that it has an AZERTY keyboard layout. I was thinking I could switch the keys myself and change the keyboard settings to QWERTY.

You shouldn't remove the keys because this procedure quire extreme caution otherwise the clip can be broken off instead.
The proper solution is to replace the keyboard from the region that you desire.
