    Are they just this slow? I've got 7 weeks for my mom(CR600), 5 weeks for a friend (CR700).

    Well I sent a Asus W7 upgrade request in september. And they only sent me a mail 2 days ago telling me that they just started shipping them, so I'll receive mine next week. I believe MSI must be in the same situation.

    Finally got them from Lenovo and HP, which I sent in in July...roughly a month after the release of 7.

    I've still yet to receive anything from MSI, not even an email acknowledging they received the paperwork.


    Anyone know who I can talk to?

    Not to rub this in or anything but I got mine a few days after win7 was released. Think it would have totaled around two months.
