Using the Delta 330 watt 4pin power supply with the GT73VR, and that itty bitty DC side cable is my only complaint. I understand it is that way to reduce voltage drop and noise, but my question is :
For a couch gamer, how have you worked around this issue? I am intetested if most people just throw the brick next to them and deal with it, or if anyone has gotten creative and built it into a custom lapdesk or foot warmer...

Yes, you just need to keep the brick elevated so that you have more slack so that that the adapter isn't falling out because it's stretched to the max. Do have a foot rest or little stand to set the brick on?

I've been keeping it on a 16"x16" end table but always end up laying my lapdesk on it when i get up from my gaming position on the recliner. ( I never used to have this problem when I hdmi'd to the tv but wife did not appreciate having to watch Geralt the witcher get it on.)... I think a multilevel end table is my personal best future plan, where i can stash the brick and gamer tools.

Short power supply cable solutions or workarounds?
