    Recently ordered a GT60 from Gentech, question about pending status

    I ordered a GT60 last week on Thursday from Gentech and when I check my order status it still says the order is pending. Is this normal? Why is it taking so long to get past the pending stage? :confused:

    Ummmm, 'question about pending status'?

    I am always get a little tickled when I see post like this, especially when an entire thread is created. You must be a little impatient, but rather than trying to put your reseller on the spot, why not contact them directly? Why post such as this in open forum? We certainly cannot speak to your order's status, nor can we account for why it's taking so long..... but I bet GenTech will have an answer for you, LOL! GEEZ! (transparency abounds)

    Just got the update status today and it's indeed being shipped.
    I did call the other day and he assured me everything was fine, but I was concerned today because my credit card still wasn't being charged and no updates since I ordered it.
    But yes, everything is fine now. I guess I was a little impatient but like I said, I just found it odd that the credit card wasn't being charged.
    Can't wait for my new laptop :D
