    I have 2 ssd nvme
    500gb & 250 gb. And 1tb hdd.
    In which bios settings works best between AHCI and RAID in running the System ?
    Can someone help me for the best mode on my bios

    ACHI would be fine since all of your 3 drives are different size and can't do RAID array anyway.
