    This laptop is really cheap with an amazing GPU however the CPU is terrible so I heard. Could the CPU be replaced in the future when better CPU´s of AMD will arrive?

    The 5750M currently uses the fs1r2 socket. The next gen APUs - Steamroller - are slated to use a different socket, as far as I know. So no, I don't think you will be able to upgrade when the next gen is released.
