Hey, so msi's driver/utility download page is kind of a mess and has some inconsistencies I was hoping other msi owners might understand better than I do....

    1. Why is it that for Windows 8, there is a Realtek Audio Driver and a Realtek HD Audio Driver, but for Windows 8.1 there is only the Realtek HD Audio Driver?

    2. What does the Boot Configure Utility do in Windows 8.1? It didn't exist in Windows 8.

    3. What does the Radio Switch driver do? There are no "switches" on msi GT's

    4. Why did Power Boost and Hybrid Power both disappear from the Win8.1 download section?

I've attached some screenshots that help show what I'm talking about.

Because the HD driver is the same on the windows 8 list as the 8.1 and the 8 driver wont work in 8.1 as well but the 8.1 driver will work in 8.0. The title difference does not mean anything it's the same driver.

Boost config utility is the new name for the hybrid power tech I believe.

There are, those touch buttons on the top switch devices on and off.

They are not required to install, they just monitor if its on or off at any moment.
