This is actually from the threads http://forum.notebookreview.com/msi/457412-msi-gx740-5870-1gb-ddr5-123.html
but no one reply to my question.
I just quote my entire post

    for the AC Adaptor
Sometimes my battery indicator blinks at the bottom, and at windows sometimes it shows it that it uses battery and then ac adaptor.
Is it because i use from 3 pin outlet(singapore) and use some converter/adaptor to 2 Pin outlet(Indonesia?) something like this http://travel220v.com/images/MKM32big.jpg but different for reference only.
at the back side of the converter got writting 250V~ if im not wrong. but at the ac adaptor it was written 100-240V. but ussualy for my old laptop toshiba M100 I use it it still ok. I will try to find other converter/adaptor to try

The blinking of the battery indicator happens when involve heavy task/gaming even sometimes when browsing.
when the problems come I check the ac adaptor led indicator it also some sort of blinking, the light become dull and then bright again. sorry cant explain

    Thanks

My power adapter also has the Delta Electronics brand.

As for your other problem, it seems there is a problem with the contact where you plug the battery into the laptop. Better have it checked. In another thread, some guy had the same symptoms and it ended up causing a short and melting the back part of his laptop. Something to do with the soldering going bad.

I just check my laptop backside it was written 16V == 6.3A

and for the ac adaptor output 19v == 4.7A
    is it because of this?

If its actually faulty machine can I actually claim for the warranty and ask a new laptop? buy I bought it at Singapore, and right now I'm in indonesia. can I claim for new machine in Indonesia/Australia. going to australia to study.
Just bought this at 19 July

The problem is obvious. The laptop requires 6.3A at peak power consumption and the power supply can only output 4.7. Get the right power supply for your laptop!

Have you tried plugging it into a different outlet? Also, have you tried using a different converter? You'll want to rule out those two first before you file further complaints to MSI.
