    BTW, I heard Quanta is the ODM for MSI. Is this correct?

    wow isnt this a complicated headache subject that keeps coming up

    as far as I know, msi is the odm for all msi notebooks.

    well quanta is the worlds largest notebook manufacturer meaning the chassis and motherboard.

    I mean your quanta ok, is a model they made that nobody wanted to buy.

    they make lenovo thinkpads, dell latitude, hp whosiwhatsis toshiba tecra apple macbook fujitsu lifebook..around 40% of notebooks look like a quanta... and another 25% are made by compal.

    this machine does look like a quanta. it looks related to the kn1 to me. do you think it looks like your machine? these hinges are different but look at the other machines. they are all uniform and this machine is different in its led placement and appearance.

    the big spotting part is the grid on the right side vent that is the grid quanta uses

    next you see the white machine right next to it, same appearance.

    That's the same chassis as the S262. I think they look different than the others because these are 12" notebooks and needed a different design to fit everything in.

    the machine next to it is another MSI. And incase your thinking, MSI is an ODM, not an OEM. No relation with Quanta here.

    Yea...Umm...that MSI m675 looks simply delicious. I've been doing research for like a month now on which laptop I want to buy and i WANT the M675!!! but I can't seem to find it anywhere for sale! =( if anyone can help me I'd be SOOOOOOOOOO pleased! any help.
