    MSI GT683 Boot failure

I have tried mostly everything aside from taking it in to be repaired. I switch on he computer and it shows the Medion logo. The setup and BIOS access keys are normally shown below that and to the left. However, they no longer show up, nor do the assigned keys actually function when pressed. It brings the screen to the message, PXE-E61 MEDIA TEST FAILURE, CHECK CABLE. and PXE-MOF EXITING PXE ROM. Note, I believe it is attempting to boot from the network because it can't detect the hard drives. So. I took them out, reconnected them, nothing. Switched them, nothing. Took them out all together, nothing. I am almost positive that the boot portion of the BIOS is corrupted. Or has been, rather. I have a windows 10 installation flash drive created that is not working because I cannot switch the boot order due to the fact that I cannot get access to it. I've even tried older methods such as holding down many keys to get the system to form an error and go to setup. I am now stuck and cannot fix this issue myself. Need help.

What was the last thing you did before this issue popped up?
Leave the HDD out, take the battery out and disconnect AC adapter, let the power drain for about 10 seconds, reconnect only the AC adapter and try again.

The power was suddenly taken from the laptop. It was only plugged in A/C to conserve battery life. A switch on my power box blew and shut off power. I attempted to reboot and then this issue. Seemed trivial at first but much more complicated evidently. I attempted your recommendation, no results.

If you plug the AC adapter back into the system, is there any light lit?

Yes, the light that states is plugged in and then the light stating the hard drive is attempting to be accessed.
