Hi guys. I would like to know how we can get our quad cores (Q9000, Q9100, QX9300) to overclock. Set fsb goes haywire even with the right pll, and does not work. Clockgen is too outdated to support our pll. What other options do we have other than contacting MSI to do something about it?

As of now there is nothing that can be done...

well that sux. whats getting in the way ? Im only getting 3% gain. Should i email MSI?

I am not sure, Doubtful MSI will assist with this..

why not? can't they fix this with a simple bios update or firmware update? do memory timings (auto, 667, or 800) make a difference, or c-state?
-
you will not get anywhere with msi at least i HIGHLY doubt it...

Intel PM45? try flash another machines bios over it, theres a chance it should work nicely (i know people have tested gx720 on gt725 to overclock with setfsb)
