    Nvidia GPU is being used even after exiting apps or games

    I have a MSI GS65 -8RF, it has nvidia optimus but even after exiting apps(like blender ,photoshop) or games it still uses Nvidia GPU, denoted by the orange led near the power button, in the task manager no programs are using the dGPU, i used Nv Optimus State Viewer it shows the dGPU is at idle.

    set nvidia panel - GLOBAL -preferred gpu IGPU
    set only game "PROFILES" - d-gpu

    .,,alternative setup for this in windows setting " modern/display/gpu advanced/gpu app association


    or this run all time WIN10 // + all web browsers using d-gpu
    ,.,.,.info from NVSMI ,.,,.,same procedure ,..,.,set this process on IGPU

    nvsmi in NVIDIA folder
    nvidia-smi -q
    .,,.this create report all process + others info from drivers

    Thank you for the replies, I have found the program that was causing this.
    It was Rainmeter, after closing it and restarting, it was fixed.
    I also set the Rainmeter to use iGPU, now running it does not cause any problems.
