There is a new MS1057 and/or S262 BIOS available on the MSI drivers site: http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/download/dld/spt_dld_detail.php?UID=618&kind=11 as of 06-22. Does anyone closer to MSI know what changes are in this? I will update when I get home to see if it adds or changes anything interesting. BTW, thanks to vinayp for posting the link to the correct drivers page, as the MSI link is wrong.

    Thanks, Chris

Can you upgrade the BIOS without a possessor installed or do you need to first install a standard Core Duo, upgrade and then swap to a Merom? How can you find out the BIOS version if no processor has been installed?
