First, make sure the file is NOT blocked by following this guide:
"Are you sure you want to run this file?" [Yes or No]
1) Place the E17A3IMS.110 file in the root of C:
2) Reboot your system and hit DELETE rapidly to enter BIOS
3) Take note of all the settings you have and ensure you remember to set the BIOS to AHCI or Rapid Storage Technology depending on how your machine is configured (RAID or AHCI)
4) Navigate to the UEFI BIOS Update section in the Advanced Tab at the bottom
5) you will get a bunch of drive ids, keep trying until you find the one with the E17A3IMS.110 file
6) Choose it then start that flashing process
7) After the flash is complete, the system will reboot then show you a black screen, DO NOT under any circumstance manually reboot, just be patient and wait until you see the MSI Logo
8) Your machine will then reboot again
9) Now hit DELETE rapidly to enter BIOS again and re-configure everything the way it was
Note: Flashing BIOS may result in a bricked system, only do so at your own risk as I am not responsible for any damage you may have during this process

That or its just a piece of code from the desktop SDK.
But I would bet more on 8 core laptop CPU's next year. -

Use UBU Development version and copy the rom file to that folder and run UBU.bat as admin and you'll get the changelog.
