Hey all...I'am looking at an MSI GT70 ONE-452US on E-Bay. Its from a mega sellerm so it's not this persons personal laptop. Anyways, it's listed as not having some of the right parts. Someone swapped out the p7-3630QM and put a i7-2670 in, swapped the BD Drive with a basic CD/DVD, and it's missing one of the RAM's ( it has 3 X 4096...12 GB ). Also the drive were swapped with 2, 500's.

I can live with this, but my question is, is the 680M in this laptop soldered right to the MB, or is it MXM, where someone could have swapped that too? ( it dosen't have a OS to boot up & check )

If it is soldered, I'am thinking it still would be worth it because the price is REALLY good, and they do have a 14 day return policy.

Also, it dosen't come with any MSI disks....So is there a way anyone or any place that can help me get one?

I would really appreciate some input on this..

    Thanks,

    Craig

    Hi!
Gpus like the 680m are always MXM, so swappable.
only low end gpus are sloldered onto the motherboard
    regards!
