    I have a question:
I bought the msi gs63VR few months ago. I start to notice that the idle temperature is getting higher. The idle temp now runs at 50 degrees while CPU only runs at 3%. Also the video card is about 40 degrees while it only shows my desktop. My question is this is normal?

I hope to hear from you,
    Thank you for your time.

If you have Dragon Center installed, try disabling the "XBoost options" and setting the mode to "Eco-Mode" (by default it's set to Sport Mode), and see if that helps lower your temps. My idle CPU temps on my GS43VR went down after taking these steps; neither XBoost nor Sport Mode are necessary for gaming (and certainly aren't necessary while idle), but they do take up CPU resources.

And yes, then the fans kick in, then it drops below 60, then rises again
    and so on.

Just beware even on my old GE72 the Temps were rising above 90°C
until i changed the CHEAP MSI THERMAL GREASE and throttled the
CPU by 10% in windows energy settings so the dynamic vcore / turbo multi
will use a little less vCore without bnecking the GPU.

Which thermal compound did you use?
Try throttling the processor to 99% instead of 90% and compare the differences.

Hey Kevin. Thank you :) But i know. Actually, i added more copper, flashed my GPU
and did some other tricks but it still was not enough for my flavour.(old GE72)

Had a watercooled 5ghz SB back in 2012 and i really dislike if anything named CPU
touches 80°C. With 10% even in summer it touches that slightly and that is okay for me.
I´d be better off with some open multiplier / offset BIOS to measure my needed vcore with
prime and put the settings in the BIOS instead of doing it indirectly.

OR if you could share some modded / unlocked vBios for the 1070 / 1080 (GT62VR/72VR) for us, the community
it would be much more appreciable and forcing my heart to get all my future laptops from GentechPC :)

    Thanks for your effort.

There's no modded VBIOS available right now, unless Nvidia decided to release it.
We would definitely love to share it if it's available.

You are referring to Svet's custom modding service which he makes modification on BIOS/EC/VBIOS for a donation.
We've already checked with him about this a long ago and he said it's not moddable but we still wished that he can do it somehow.
Anyway, just checked with him again a minute ago and confirmed the same thing. It's not moddable.
