    This is totally the same. Processing, noise, heat generation etc are completely identical.

    sure, but the thermal paste from msi is... :nah: thats one of the reason for the very high temperatures...

    It's merely the automated process applying the paste I believe - probably overusing it. The paste itself is OKish - but better alternatives do exist.
