Sounds like you've done all you're supposed to. I'd double check the cables are connected properly, even removing completely and reconnecting.

I have check the cables from the keyboard to motherboard. And the small cable is already good plug in when the laptop is off.

Or must i when the laptop is on., and then the cable removing and reconnecting ?

    I have windows 8.1 pro (turkish) (16404)
SCM Utility is 13.013.09262 , But for ge60 -002us for windows 8 is 10.013.03016. That does not matter ?

You definitely want to do it with the computer turned off. The old keyboard you had, did that one have a blue backlight to it? Why did you replace it, was it damaged or not working ?

Sounds like it could be something beyond the keyboard. It might be worth sending in for repair, the GE60 2OE-002US normally comes with a 2yr warranty.

I think that the motherboard gives not light to the keyboard. The keyboard is working good but no lights .
I have no warranty because the laptop was going to repair here.
