    Simple question,

I always use the SPORT mode in dragon center for the best performance, but there is a way to put cpu at low rate when in idle? Perhaps with Speed Step or Speed Shift? I have both activated in bios....

And what is the diference between Power Options/ Eco/ Confort and Sport power plans?
