    Does this mean that my RMA is not under warranty? so I will have to pay for repairs?

    What tells me the state it is at? the MSI logo on the pictures?

    Anyway, I really hope I am wrong, if not, there is lawsuit coming on.

    Call them and ask them. I think the stages with the msi pictures on them are the stages that have been reached.

    Followed your logical advice, they said the update serveur has been down for some time. So I suppose there is no worries, they said they will mail the RMA update directly to me.
