    Boy, the MSI forum has sure died off lately. For what it's worth, they both look like fine machines for the money.

    I would be immeadiatetly all over the msi gx610-300, but since there is nowhere to buy it (Canada), i am not even reading the MSI forums so frequently, there is nothing to ask/read. I can imagine MANY people think feel like this, although it is pretty sad, they have some pretty good bang for your buck, I might be going with asus now...

    To stay on Topic: The first one seems to be better if you want to do (extremely) LIGHT gaming
    The second will have a bit better battery life due to integrated graphics.
    Both are good for the money.

    I like the second one, at least you can play some games and look cooler.
    but it depend what you want to do with it, work or gaming.

    I have a MEGABOOK L720, and I know its a different model, but personally wouldnt buy another MSI in a hurry.
