    Hello,

    I am a new member, found this forum whilst searching for a solution to my problem.

    I have this 1 year old MSI M677 Laptop. Its keyboard and mouse are refusing to work when Vista loads but the keyboard works normally in the pre-loading phase of Vista when the safe boot options are chosen.

    I inserted the CD recovery program and the keyboard and the mouse are refusing to work in here too.

    Any ideas of what might be wrong?
