    I don't know the difference between this and the regular MSI GX700 but anyways has anyone tried it out or purchased one? I would like to know everything I can possibly know about it. Is it a good gaming machine? etc. Because everytime I look around websites for it they are either special items that are sold out or on backorder or have limited quantity.

    I have Gx700x performance edition and it is a good notebook. Not the one of the best gaming notebooks but for its price is the best what you can buy. If have more money buy something with 7950 or 7900 these cards are much more powerfull then the 8600Gt in Gx700. I like the gx700.It can run every game on market (ok supreme commander isnt) on high or between high and medium settings for example I play fear on max with 4FSAA on 1440*900 and have no fps drop below 25-30 25 is when a lot of enemy fire on same time on a scene with lot of lights but if turn lightning detail lower the min framerate is abowe 30. So its a very good laptop, BUT not the one of the best gaming laptops. I think for next 2 years maybe enough

    Yea, that's perfectly fine with me. I can get all specs maxed out for $1985, which I find incredible. Thanks for the mini-review.
