    Hi,

I was re-pasting my Cpu on my Msi Gt75 & while tightening the heatsink down i snapped one of the screws, i was fortunate to get the broken screw out without damaging the thread, but i have been un-able to find a replacement, i contacted Msi (with pictures) & they said they would send me out some spare screws for free, when they arrived they where the wrong ones (fan screws) when i contacted them again they said they dont have any, does anyone know where i can hold of them?

    Cheers

    Baz

I'm assuming you broke the screw head and the small shaft was left in the hole?
How did you get that out?

The bottom of the shaft broke off, i used a drill with a very small drill bit & carefully started to drill it out, luckily the drill bit took hold of the brocken shaft & started turning it till it dropped out the bottom, hence not damaging the thread.....
