When I first got my MSI GT627-216US Laptop, the BIOS options let me set my turbo mode overclock from 15% to 20%. I just had my laptop RMA'd, and BIOS got upgraded and I can no longer use the 20% option. How do I fix this?

You would have to downgrade to the older bios, the OC % is locked out in the newer bios as you have seen. The 20% would cause issues with some CPU's so it was removed.
