Msi GT73R 7RF and my experience with HIDevolution

I just wanted to write a short review about my recent purchase and share my experience with HIDevolution.

First of all, customer service is AMAZING. @Donald@HIDevolution is a great dude and he really knows his stuff and cares to help customers out! HIDevolution is lucky to have him. He did everything in his power to help me out and answer questions as well as make sure I got what I wanted and needed. 10/10 5 star service!!! I will definitely stay in touch with him even after laptop arrives. He was also kind to point me to @Phoenix and get some help from him when my laptop arrives. Man ANOTHER great guy whom QUICKLY responded, messaged me, and cares and enjoy helping others. Great community we got going on here

So I purchased on the 3rd of December which was a Sunday. Payment went under review.
December 4- I’m impatient so i called first thing Monday and that’s how I met Donald. He looked over my order, suggested a few changes, and added free things I had no idea I could select as well as guided me here.
My order on the same day got payment aproved and pushed through. The same day I received an email about a part being on order, and it’s something simple, the thermal pads. I callled HIDevolution customer service and they said they are getting those in EVERYDAY and that’s the only thing holding my order back, I can’t stress how thankful I am for the amazing communication!!!

I ordered from another place and after almost 1 month, with rush build I kept getting BS’ed and I had enough. Luckily these forums brought me to HIDevolution and in 2 days i got more accomplished and informed than the past month!

I am so excited and can not not wait till late this week / early next week to have my new toy!

December 5th- Unfortunately order stayed on the item order step, unfortunate but I understand!!! Praying tomorrow I get bumped up to pre-production!!! So looking forward to it but man it’s depressing knowing the only thing missing and postponing it is some FREAKING THERMAL PADS

December 6th- this morning, about 9:30 AM Hidevolution time, my order has been changed from awaiting parts to pre-production!!! praying its a quick turnaround as if they get to it soon hopefully, i have seen reviews of production starting and shipment within the same day. if that miracle happens, i will have laptop tomorrow, Friday if any hiccups. excited and eager. will add some updates throughout the day if anything changes or tonight.

12:23pm HIDevolution time- change from pre production to IN PRODUCTION!!

I’ll keep updating this as updates come out for anyone thinking of buying from HIDevolution, I say DO NOT WAIT AND WASTE TIME JUST DO IT!!

 

Awesome man! that's what we've all been accustomed to with HIDevolution. Quality builds, great customer service and customization options, and awesome warranty support including a global warranty which is a must for international customers like me.

Now wait for the Phoenix Tweaks and I'm sure you'll be blown away how I'm gonna show you what I'm gonna do to tweak that sneaky Windows 10 OS
