    Does anyone know the battery life of the MS-1722? I am thinking about buying it, but I want to know if the battery life is sufficient.

    uhm mine lasted more than a whole movie.. (1hr 30mins) and I think it had 40 mins left before I closed it...

    They all come with 6 cells, The 9 cells are better but go for 130.00 on up.. I have the 6 cell and get 2+ hours on turbo battery mode, which is a power savings mode through system control manager.

    You could, The 9800m GS, GT will work along with the ATi 4670 and 4850. There the ones I know will work of course with a heatsink mod..

    Now days all newly sold MS-1722 models are delivered with cell battery.
    Keep in mind this could be different when to reseller is on old stock.
    cell is better when running the notebook on full power, and especially when you are using a Intel Quad Core CPU.
