    Hey,

I've been looking for an ultralight with more than an atom processor and inbuilt 3g, although nothing at the moment fits my needs. So I am planning on buying the MSI U230 when it comes out and installing my own 3g modem. If it is too expensive I'll settle for a U210.

Will there be any issues with the 3g mod (locked hardware etc). I am assuming I can use the inbuilt sim card slot.

    Modem: Sierra MC8775 modem
    Antenna: Tyco antenna

    Sim slot: built in

Install the antenna's behind the screen similar to this. Does anyone have any experience doing similar mods or can foresee any pitfalls?
