    Hey folks!

I was wondering if anyone tried to mod the chassis of the Ex625, I must be getting old and don't feel like the design of the notebooks has turned to be a pleasant eye experience, and so I would like to give it a overhaul, building an aluminium chassis, that has the integration of apparently two extremely different parts of the body of the note, the screen an the rest of it. It's for me horrendous that only apple and some of those subnotebooks thought about that.
And well since I'm new in this case mod thing I was wondering if their could be any tips? Let's put what I'm trying to do:

1 - change the body to aluminium, creating an integration of the screen and the body (yes a la macbook)
2 - optimize the heat exhaustion, yes it don't overheat, but... we can say that while I'm playing something something it get's pretty hot and loud
3 - change the DVD drive to a slot load drive
4 - use the same screen, but make it E2E (is it possible? maybe acrilic?)
5 - change the processor... I'm usually utilizing for light tasks like 15% to 50% of the processor... trying to give it more oommmmphhhh and staying power

If someone care to give some thoughts I'm grateful...

Ps: does anyone knows someplace to buy a larger capacity battery? When I bought it I discovered that toshiba or acer use this same battery but couldn't find where to buy

Basically everything you want to do would be a complete waste of time. Just sell it and get something more along the lines of what you want.

Definately time consuming to say the least, but if you have the experience and can pull this off I would salute you.
