    Ok,
    Here is the "short story."
    New laptop MSI GX620(038 configuration)
OS : Vista (the one that comes with the bundle)

    Installation : went fine.
Normal operation : few blue screens(7F,first byte 8 errors type).
now since im SW Dev i know how to see the cause of them and found that my realTek Net device driver did not fit * YES THE ONE THAT COMES WITH THE OS.
so i headed to realtek site and downloaded a driver for vista.
apparently this was better then before, i left the laptop overnight and after i checked in the mornning it was still on with no blue screens. :)
BUUUT after i went back from work apprently it has been booted it self.
and i was noiticing my touchpad device was dead.
so i went to the device manager saw a yellow sign under the PS2 Device.
so i uninstalled it and rebooted the machine .
the next boot it went fine .
the one after that it went completely dead !!!
and i could not recover from it even after re-installing the OS .!!

    any ideas ?

the device manager doesn't show any ps2 devices connected .
before i can remember i had a Standard PS\2 Device driver.

the hw switch (fn+f3) is ok and turned on .
i did a full recovery and still the touchpad is dead even during installation.

usb mouse btw works just fine.
