Has anyone had this issue with their MSI-1651. After putting the notebook to sleep (in Vista), I will sometimes pull it out of my backpack only to find it turned on, running full blast and burning hot. It will have restarted and be on the Windows 7 start screen. Vista is 32-bit and Win7 is 64-bit, not sure about what the problem is or if anyone else has had it. I think it may be the nvidia drivers.

Also, has anyone had this problem where if you restart the MSI-1651 without power, it will boot up with 16-bit graphics and you can't change it back to 32-bit until you reboot with the charger plugged in.

    Thanks.

There was typical promblem with a guy having GT 725. He solved his problem with updating BIOS, and changing his Video drivers. I remember that he was using not the official nVidia divers.

I am using dox 182.05 drivers for my gt627 and everything works fine - restart, sleep and hibernate.

This has happened to me on a variety of drivers, 179.xx and various 182-185.xx (dox and official). I will look to update the bios and video drivers to see if that alleviates the problem.
