This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    MS-1011 and MS-1016 are MSI's lower priced notebooks for student, office, home.

    The 1011 is a 15.4" 'entertainment' notebook with Turion CPU and some nice extra features like remote control, and the 1016 is a true 15" XGA model with Pentium M.

    Great systems if you can get by with integrated graphics.
