So it came out last week friday and it seems (from what i searched so far) its only avaible off there website. Anyone order it? I think i might wait for now trying to see if new egg will get it in stock. Also i havent seen a full review of it since its offical launch's just stuff talking about its battery and other little stuff, has anyone else? Also does anyone know how much of a battery loss i will get with it running programs like aim, msn, and internet constiently?

hardly any battery life if it has the 6 cell you can probably still get 6 hours + with all that usage

well from the msi main website it looks like it only comes with the 9 cell. so atleast a good workday should be fine i think o_0

Have till the end of June 2009 to buy a MSI U115 according to this article:
Microsoft bans netbooks with hybrid storage
At least a netbook that is delivered with XP Home. Don't know what MSI will do about this. Will they release the U115 with Linux? -

they were actually talking about a wind with linux so its possible

woah!!! only till june u say!? maybe this might be a reason why the only place here in usa i can find to buy this thing is there main website!!
so i read the article, but im still quite not understanding about the reason why msi has to remove the 115 from shelves by the end of june?
but from the comments below the article i guess it has to deal with somthing with the windows 7 coming out supposedly some time this year? -
It's an edict from Redmond. MS (apparently) doesn't want its OS on interchangeable memory modules. I would be surprised to see XP Pro on the U115 instead of XP Home on 1 July 2009.
