I have the stock realtek pci-e card and it keeps connecting then disconnecting. Ive reinstalled the driver but it doesnt seem to help. Could anyone suggest a replacement that would work with OS-X. Bluetooth is not required but would be nice.

Try updating your driver, a lot of people had downloaded the latest driver from MSI and it seems to resolve the problem.

Yeah you should search msi's website for their upgraded driver. That same problem happened for me at first but after the update I have had 0 problems. :)

    Hope this helps! :D

Updated and it went away. Thanks alot.
Can you guys watch a dvd from another laptop/desktop without it stuttering the whole time?
I listen to music and watch movies with the cat5 plugged in but when I use the WIFI it stutters like crazy.

54mpbs can only gives you about 10-15% actual throughput.
So you can't really watch a DVD over the air if you have weak signal reception due to insufficient bandwidth.

I've used wifi on my toughbook to do the same thing and it works pretty well.
I tried comparing the range and signal quality yesterday between the two.
There seems to be something wrong with the wind's card. I think ill buy a cheap Intel card from ebay and try that instead. I still really like this machine though.

It might be the antenna, but yeah, try an Intel WiFi Card.
    3965, 4965, 5100 or 5300.

I've used it now for a few days and it seems to be much better after the update. Range is still really bad. It must be the antenna, within 10-15 feet its really good but 30-40 feet line of sight is unusable.
