    MSI Wind U210 Webcam Quality

    From what I have read, this laptop comes with a 1.3mp camera. I am also looking at the Acer 1410t which I have read comes with a 0.3mp camera. Has anyone seen the difference in quality between these webcams? Is the MSI a lot better than the Acer? This is very important in my decision between these two laptops.

    There is NO comparison between a .3 and a 1.3 megapixel camera. I have the U210 and tho I cannot vouch for the image on the .3 on the Acer, I have seen .3's and they are in no way comparable as one would surmise.

    I am quite happy with the camera on the U210. Its depth of field is quite good, and depending on the software you use to tweak the settings, it can render quite acceptable imaging, especially when you provide sufficient light.
    I am told that the voice sync on my skype video calls is nearly perfect.
