    MSI Wind U100 Battery

    My wifey's MSI Wind U100 battery always dies at around 60%. Any ideas?

    Unless you have created some shutdown task in windows when the capacity reaches 60%, I'd say it's time to go for a new battery. How old is this battery?

    Anyhow, who manufactures genuine battery for --

    1. MSI 1651 ID2/GX620
    2. MSI Wind U100

    I am asking this because I bought a replacement battery for my MSI 1651 ID2 and its too tight and does not fit properly. I'm a little hesitant to use since it might break some plastic.

    As for the U100, the problem is as stated on my first post and I need to replace soon.

    I would but original batteries... they are just to pricy and give the same or less performance than the replacement ones. You probably bought a cheap replacement on eBay or some site like it.. give google a chance and purchase a battery from one of the top rated laptop battery site there. their prices will still be cheaper than original ones, but the battery quality and build is as good as the original ones if not better.
