    Hello,

after a long delay i received my MSI Whitebook today (branded by DevilTech - High Performance Systems-_Home#).

At first i was quite happy because everything seemed to be working well and it was quite the upgrade from my previous notebook...

But after running some hardware analizing software i noticed something.

I ordered this laptop with 1600mhz, but the hardware analizing software tells me it is 1333mhz software.

I contacted the seller (deviltech) about this but they told me thats normal because they put in 1600mhz, but the notebook only can run 1333mhz...

Now as far as i know, with ivy bridge, its the cpu that controls the memory, right? And my 3720qm is supposed to support 1600mhz memory according to intel.
HWiNFO64, also report i normally shoulbe be able to support 1600mhz memory (see screenshot).

Or am i just wrong and does the notebook not support 1600mhz?

    Here are the reports:

    Thank you
