    MSI USA warranty turn around time (GT627)

    Hey all,

    I am considering sending in my gt627 for hinge and bezel repair but I was wondering how long the turn around time is?

    On average, most repairs would happen within 5-10 business days. That is dependent on the issue and parts availability of course.

    I sent in my GX620 a month ago for a motherboard replacement, and from shipping out to getting it back was I believe 12 business days, and that includes shipping both ways.
