Hello. Any idea what brand of TV-tuner this is? I suspect it is an AVerMedia one, though.

I think I remember seeing it was Avermedia from a site I came across while looking for the part number of the tv tuner for my MSi EX625 a few weeks.

Thanks for the info, mate. Will that remote work with all AVerMedia products?

From my experience this TV Tuner is DVB-T and can't be used in US. It's not Avermedia but some generic brand. Avermedia A312 (could be found on ebay from Chinese sellers) works perfect and support ATSC.

Thanks for pointing out the "dvb-t" fact. I was about to buy this but then realized I needed something different.

I'm not so sure about not supporting ATSC. Check out this link

I bought this TV Tuner from this seller but had to return because it's not support ATSC. It's recognized in the system as DVB-T TV Tuner. I also bought another one from Provantage.com and returned for the same reason.
