anyone had problems with the steelseries engine 3 not being able to connect to your built in keyboard for msi laptops which supports backlight and keyboard configurations? mine is currently the MSI GS40 6QE. I've updated the SSE3 and updated the driver for the keyboard too but none seems to work any ideas? (Windows 10)

    ps: not a computer professional
