I'm thinking of buying an MSI EX 625 and im just a little frightened about buying this machine online without playing with it. Is MSI a good company that will back me up if i need it?

    Short answer : Yes

Long answer : Yes its reliable and MSI deal with the machines pretty good, even with the warrenty, you are offered flexability to upgrade components and thermal adjustments quite nicely.

There are only a few cases where the MSI machine isn't working correctly and a new one will be dispatched without question, so i'd say your safe :)
