    Hey all--

I've been a mostly happy MSI GX640 owner for a while now, right up until I got hit by the screen hinge cracking issue. Fortunately, my machine was still under warranty, so I sent it back to MSI for repair.

The problem is, they've had my system for a month, with no updates on their online status tracker, and I can't even get them to respond to messages I leave on the RMA department's voice mail. They keep you on hold for 5 minutes because all CSR's are "busy", and then dump you to voice mail.

So does anyone out there know of any ways I can shake the tree a bit to get things moving? Any contact info for real, live human beings who actually have the power to affect change?

    Any help is appreciated.
