Edit the OEMINFO.reg to your laptop's specific model
place the OEMLOGO.bmp in this folder ( create the OEM folder yourself in the OOBE directory):
Note: there are 3 logos in the zip, rename the logo you want to set to OEMLOGO.BMP
C:\Windows\System32\oobe\OEM
Example of how your system properties would look like after doing this:
or another logo also in the package

hacktrix2006 Hold My Vodka, I going to kill my GPU
I have a Custom version of the same thing. I hated the MSI logo as it was so changed it to the MSI G Series Logo in Black and White. Looks proper now.
The only real difference is mine is added via autounattend when i use a custom script to make a custom recovery system image with the Utilities and Drivers installed.Last edited: Feb 1, 2017 -

Lets go there ! LOL, I can make a zip of my $oem$ folder for people whom want to do a clean install of Windows OS, however they are going to need to sort out a autounattend.xml if they want to do it that way or i can just make a oobe.xml with the details in they can then edit after.

OK will PM you the with the link to the autounattend.xml and we can work on making a oobe.xml file out of it or a generic unattend file. Will be up in about 10 hours again.

Right i am uploading my Windows 10 sources/$oem$ folder right now will send you a link. Will convert the autounattend so that its disk partitioning section has been removed. I would advise that its tested in a VM after before posting it.
Edit: Just tried to start a convo with you so you could get the link of my $oem$ folder so we could work together to make it work with .reg like in the OP.Last edited: Feb 2, 2017MiSJAH likes this. -
Here is my custom logo Windows 7 properties. I set it so the online support link takes me directly to the drivers page at MSI.

NBR does not allow .bmp uploads, so I would open in paint, resize, and save as .bmp. The top one I made myself.Spartan@HIDevolution likes this. -

Samurize's rich feature set includes:
• an unrivalled set of built-in meters (Disk utilization, CPU usage, network traffic, system temperatures...)
• ultimate customizing and skinning possibilities with no programming knowledge required
• monitoring your own computer or others over a network
• tiny memory footprint and CPU usage
• the first system monitoring tool with a true WYSIWYG editor
• full extensibility via scripts and plugins with a powerful plugin SDK/API
• minimal software requirements (no .NET or Service Packs necessary)
• multimonitor support
• many usage options (desktop, taskbar and clock clients, server outputting to XML or image formats, screensaver)
Samurize: The Only Limit Is Your Imagination.
Copy and pasted from the unusable Samurize.com website. Which you can still download it from there. Samurize was, and is the best system monitoring program ever developed, and it has not had an update since the early days of Windows Vista. Rainmeter comes somewhat close, but does not have an actual config program where you can design what ever you want.
I would suggest downloading it, and running the setup exe in XP compatibility mode to see if it will install on Windows 10. As I was a moderator back in the day, I tried to continue development of it, but could not get in touch with any of the old admins. I even went as far as launching Samurize.org to try and get some people re-interested in development, but did not have much luck. I wish I had more time into trying to get it up and going, and finding the old crew, but I just dont have the resources or time now. It is a shame too, because it is really fun to play with.
Also go to deviantart.org, and type samurize to pull up hundreds of configs. It truly is a limitless application, that still serves a purpose.Spartan@HIDevolution likes this. -
